I. Parties Involved

This Release of Liability Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into on May 14, 2060, by and between [YOUR COMPANY NAME], with its principal business address at [YOUR COMPANY ADDRESS] (referred to as the "Company"), and Rocky Orn, of legal age, residing at Houston, TX 77001 (referred to as the "Volunteer").

II. Volunteer Activity

The Volunteer, in consideration of the opportunities provided by the Company, agrees to engage in voluntary activities ("Volunteer Activities") as agreed upon by both parties. These activities may include but are not limited to:

  • Lending a helping hand in various community activities like organizing and participating in charity fundraisers, actively getting involved in clean-up campaigns, and taking part in social awareness programs that aim to promote knowledge and understanding in the community.

  • Engaging in activities such as participating in sports tournaments, attending coaching sessions, or getting involved in youth development programs.

  • The Company organizes various activities that include educational workshops, mentorship programs, and cultural events and my role involves providing support for these initiatives.

The Volunteer acknowledges that the Volunteer Activities may involve physical exertion, exposure to the elements, potential contact with hazardous materials, and other risks inherent to the activities.

III. Assumption of Risk

The Volunteer acknowledges and understands that participation in the Volunteer Activities carries inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to:

  • Physical injuries can come in various forms including, but not limited to, bruises, cuts, sprains, strains, fractures, or even concussions.

  • Being exposed to various environmental hazards can include things such as experiencing extreme weather conditions, coming into contact with insects, or encountering wildlife.

  • There have been accidents that involved transportation methods that took people to and from various activity locations.

  • The occurrence of unforeseen medical emergencies or incidents that are beyond the ability of the Company to control or predict.

By voluntarily participating in the Volunteer Activities, the Volunteer assumes all such risks and agrees to release the Company from any liability arising from such risks to the fullest extent permitted by law.

IV. Release and Waiver of Liability

The Volunteer hereby releases and forever discharges the Company, its agents, employees, officers, directors, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any liability, claims, demands, damages, actions, or rights of action, which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected with the Volunteer Activities, including but not limited to:

  • There may exist a situation where negligence or misconduct can be committed by either the company, its agents, or representatives.

  • Injuries sustained during the Volunteer Activities, whether caused by the Volunteer's actions, the actions of others, or external factors.

  • Any damage that may occur to personal property or belongings while an individual is actively participating in volunteer activities.

This release and waiver of liability shall apply to all past, present, and future Volunteer Activities undertaken by the Volunteer on behalf of the Company.

V. Indemnification

The Volunteer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its agents, employees, officers, directors, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against all legal claims, demands, actions, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including but not limited to attorney's fees, arising from or related to:

  • If the Volunteer should commit any violation or breach of the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement.

  • Any type of injury or harm that is inflicted upon third parties or damage that is caused to property while the volunteer activities are taking place.

  • There may be potential claims or disputes that might arise as a result of the participation of the Volunteer in the activities intended for volunteers.

This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.

VI. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Texas. Any dispute arising under or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Houston.
