I. Introduction
This General Liability Release of Claims ("Agreement") is made effective as of [DATE] ("Effective Date"), by and between [YOUR COMPANY NAME], a legal entity incorporated under the laws of [State of Incorporation], having its principal place of business at [YOUR COMPANY ADDRESS] ("Company"), and [PARTY'S NAME], with a mailing address at [PARTY'S ADDRESS] ("Releasing Party").
II. Recitals
