I. Introduction
This Wedding Planner Release of Liability ("Release") is entered into as of [Date], by and between [Wedding Planner Company Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Planner," and [Client Names], hereinafter referred to as the "Clients," collectively referred to as the "Parties."
II. Services Provided
The Planner agrees and is fully willing to provide the services that pertain to wedding planning for an event that is currently slated as a wedding. III. Release of Liability
In consideration of the services provided by the Planner, the Clients hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Planner, its officers, employees, agents, and representatives, from any claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or related to the planning and execution of the wedding event, except those arising from the Planner's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

V. Client Responsibilities
The Clients agree to provide timely and accurate information necessary for the Planner to perform their services effectively. The Clients also agree to cooperate with the Planner and adhere to agreed-upon timelines and decisions regarding the wedding planning process.
VI. Limitation of Liability
The Parties involved in this agreement have reached a mutual acceptance and understanding that the Planner will bear liability for any claims, damages, or losses that may arise from, or are somehow associated with, the services they provide. However, the extent of such accountability shall be limited to the accumulated total of the fees that the Clients have paid the Planner for the wedding planning services they were rendered.
VII. Indemnification
The Clients have agreed that they shall hold the Planner harmless and shall indemnify the Planner against any claims, liabilities arising, or damages that may occur, which are associated with the Client's breach of the agreement stipulated in this document, instances of the Client's misrepresentation of facts, or any failure by the Client to fulfill their responsibilities as they have been outlined herein.
VIII. Governing Law
This Release of Liability, in all its terms, conditions, and provisions, shall be directed, regulated, and interpreted following the laws and legislated civil codes of the specified [State/Country]. IX Entire Agreement

X. Execution
