I. Introduction
This Vacation House Release of Liability ("Release") is entered into between [Your Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Owner," residing at [Your Address], and [Guest Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Guests," residing at [Guest Address] collectively referred to as the "Parties."
II. Property Details
The vacation rental property that is currently under consideration and bound by this release agreement is situated at the following address: [Property Address]. For the remainder of this document, this property will be referred to and identified by using the term "Property".
III. Release of Liability
Individuals who are granted permission to rent and reside on the property for the duration of the agreed-upon rental term, are hereby in agreement to fully release, indemnify, and hold harmless the owner of the property from any potential legal liabilities, claims for compensation, damages, or losses that could potentially be incurred as a result of any unforeseen accidents, bodily injuries or any other issues that could potentially arise during their occupation within the agreed rental period.
IV. Rental Period

VI. Assumption of Risks
By confirming their stay, guests willingly recognize all inherent risks involved in using the property, extending to all amenities and activities within the premises, including but not limited to potential hazards from swimming pools, hot tubs, recreational equipment, and other amenities. They comprehend that such risks could be present throughout their stay and willingly assume all responsibility for these risks, thereby relieving the property owners of any liability associated with these activities or incidents.
VII. Indemnification
Guests agree to indemnify and hold the Owner harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from Guests' use or occupancy of the Property, except for claims resulting from the Owner's negligence or willful misconduct.
VIII. Insurance
We highly advise all our guests to obtain either travel insurance or renters' insurance, as it offers coverage for possible losses or damages incurred throughout their stay; losses or damages that might not be included in this Release.
