I. Introduction

III. Scope of Services

IV. Acknowledgment of Risks
The Client acknowledges that hauling services involve inherent risks, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, and financial loss. The Client understands and voluntarily assumes all such risks associated with the hauling services provided by the Hauler.
V. Release of Liability
In consideration of the hauling services provided by the Hauler, the Client hereby releases and forever discharges the Hauler, its agents, employees, successors, and assigns from any liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to the hauling services, including but not limited to:

VI. Indemnification
The Client, under the terms of this agreement, expressly provides his or her consent and understanding to undertake certain responsibilities related to the Hauler. First and foremost among these responsibilities is the obligation to defend the Hauler. In other words, if the Hauler is accused of any wrongdoing or if any legal issues arise, the Client agrees to step in and provide a defense on behalf of the Hauler. Moreover, the Client also agrees to compensate the Hauler. Should the Hauler face any losses or damages, the Client is required to compensate the Hauler for these costs. Additionally, the term 'compensate' in this context also includes any legal fees the Hauler may incur, thus ensuring that the Hauler is not financially burdened as a result of these legal issues.
VII. Governing Law and Venue
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed following the laws of [State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions
VIII. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
