I. Release of Claims
Upon the act of signing this legal release, I, the undersigned, do hereby proclaim that I am relinquishing, foregoing, and discharging any potential right to legal action against its directors, officers, volunteers, representatives, and agents. My act of signing absolves them from all financial and legal repercussions that relate to any harmful occurrences such as injuries, damages, or losses that I might personally endure while participating in the activities associated with the aforementioned competition.
II. Consideration
It is my complete understanding that my agreement to these stipulations and terms is tendered as a condition or prerequisite for the approval of my participation in the contest or competition. III. Acknowledgement of Understanding

IV. Assumption of Risk
I hereby acknowledge, recognize, and understand the risks and dangers that are associated with the sport I am choosing to participate in. I am fully aware that these risks are an inherent part of engaging in such activities. The potential hazards could involve those I am cognizant of as well as those that I am currently unaware of. I am willingly and consciously agreeing to accept and assume all these risks, regardless of whether they are inherent or could arise from other factors. V. Indemnification
I agree to go a step further providing full indemnity. This means if any losses occur, any liabilities are incurred, any damages are suffered, or any costs - including, but not limited to legal fees - are sustained due to my involvement and participation in the competition, I undertake the responsibility to hold harmless and compensate those affected.
VI. Severability
In such case that there comes to be any provision of this Release of Liability that is deemed or judged to be unenforceable or not capable of being put into effect, it does not invalidate or reduce the potency of the other provisions. The remaining provisions that haven't been viewed as unenforceable, go on with their potency unabated and remain in full force and effect, fully valid, operational, and enforceable in their entirety.
VII. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
