I. Introduction

This Subcontractor Lien Release of Liability ("Release") is entered into on [Date], between [Subcontractor Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Subcontractor," and [Your Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Property Owner," regarding the property located at [Your Company Address] ("Property").

II. Covenants
