Release Of Liability For Students

I. PARTIES INVOLVED

II. ACTIVITY

III. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

The Student acknowledges the potential risks involved in the Activity Description and expressly assumes all risks associated with participation in said activity. These risks may include but are not limited to:

Physical Hazards: Participants may encounter uneven terrain, stairs, or slippery surfaces while exploring historical sites, increasing the risk of slips, trips, and falls.
Weather Conditions: The outdoor excursion may expose participants to weather changes, potentially causing sunburn, dehydration, or discomfort.
Cultural Differences: Participants may face unknown customs, languages, and norms interacting with local communities, causing possible discomfort or confusion.
Transportation Risks: Participants may face risks like traffic accidents, delays, or mechanical issues while traveling by bus, train, or taxi.
Food and Water Safety: Eating local food and drinks can cause food poisoning or allergies, especially for people with dietary limitations or sensitivities.
Communication Challenges: Language barriers can impede clear communication, causing potential misunderstandings or problems navigating unknown areas.

IV. RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

The Student voluntarily releases and holds harmless [SCHOOL NAME], its employees, agents, and representatives from any claims or liabilities that may arise from the Student's participation in the aforementioned activity. This release does not apply to claims arising from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Company.

V. INDEMNITY

The Student shall indemnify and hold harmless [YOUR COMPANY NAME] from and against any claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities including attorney’s fees brought as a result of the Student's participation in the activity and to reimburse them for any such expenses incurred.

VI. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By signing this Agreement, the Student affirms that he/she is at least 18 years old and that he/she fully understands the potential dangers and risks associated with his/her participation in Activity Description.
