Bowhunting: The Participant can bow hunt during the specified seasons, in agreed locations, and with legal equipment, as dictated by local wildlife authorities and the Landowner.

Firearms Hunting: The participant can use legal firearms for hunting during specific seasons defined by local wildlife authorities, agreeing to follow all safety regulations.
C. Acknowledgment of Risks Involved: The Parties acknowledge that hunting activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and death.
III. Release of Liability
A. Release of Claims
1. Waiver of Liability: The Participant hereby waives and releases the Landowner from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or any other loss arising from or related to the Participant's participation in hunting activities on the Hunting Land.
2. Indemnification: The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Landowner from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses, including attorney fees, arising from the Participant's actions or negligence while hunting on the Hunting Land.
