I. Parties Involved
This Tenant Release of Liability ("Release") is entered into by and between [Tenant's Name], residing at [Tenant's Address] ("Tenant"), and [Your Name], residing at [Your Company Address] ("Landlord") on this [Date of Agreement].
II. Recitals

III. Release and Waiver

3.3 Indemnification: Tenant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Landlord from and against any claims brought by third parties arising out of Tenant's use and occupancy of the Premises.
IV. General Provisions
4.1 Entire Agreement: This Release constitutes the entire agreement between the parties relating to its subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
4.2 Severability: If any provision of this Release is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
