Basic Will
I. Declaration
I, [YOUR NAME], of [YOUR COMPANY ADDRESS], born on March 15, 2051, being of sound mind and memory, do hereby declare this document to be my Last Will and Testament. I revoke all Wills and Codicils previously made by me.
II. Executor
I appoint Liam Carter, of 456 Oak Avenue, Springfield, IL 62704, as the Executor of this Will. If Liam Carter is unable or unwilling to serve, then I appoint Olivia Bennett, of 789 Pine Lane, Springfield, IL 62704, as the alternate Executor.
III. Guardian for Minor Children

C. Residuary Estate
All the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, of whatever kind and wherever located, not effectively disposed of by this Will, I give, devise, and bequeath to Aiden Johnson.
V. Debts and Taxes
I direct that all my just debts, funeral expenses, and expenses of last illness be paid as soon as practicable after my death from the assets of my estate. Furthermore, any estate taxes payable by reason of my death shall be paid from the residue of my estate without recovery of any part of such tax payments from anyone who receives a bequest, devise, or inheritance from me.
