I. Parties Involved
This Notary Non-Competition Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Date], by and between:

II. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms and conditions under which the Notary Public agrees to refrain from engaging in activities that directly compete with the business interests of the Company.
III. Non-Competition Covenant
1. Non-Compete Obligations
Notary agrees that during the term of their employment with the Company and for two (2) years following the termination of their employment for any reason, Notary shall not, directly or indirectly, engage in any business or provide services that directly compete with the business conducted by the Company within the geographic area of the [State].
2. Geographic Limitation
The geographical area within which the Notary Public is prohibited from competing with the Company shall include within a 50-mile radius of [Your Company Address].
3. Exceptions
This non-compete covenant shall not apply in the following circumstances:

IV. Consideration

The Notary Public agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, trade secrets, and client data obtained during their engagement with the Company.
VI. Termination
1. Termination of Agreement
This Agreement may be terminated:

By mutual written agreement of both parties.

By either party upon [30] days' written notice to the other party.

Immediately by the Company for cause, including but not limited to breach of this Agreement.
2. Effect of Termination
Upon termination of this Agreement, the obligations of the Notary Public under the non-compete covenant shall continue to be binding according to the terms outlined herein.
VII. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of [State]. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
VIII. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written.
