NOTARY CONTRACT FOR INDIVIDUAL TO INDIVIDUAL

I. Parties Involved

Party One and Party Two agree to the terms and conditions mentioned above and commit to fulfilling their duties as outlined in this agreement. Failure to comply may result in legal actions as per the law of the jurisdiction.
