Anti-Fraud Measures: The Lender will implement measures to prevent mortgage fraud, including verifying the accuracy of information provided by Borrower(s) and conducting appropriate due diligence.
Documentation Standards: All documentation related to the mortgage transaction will be accurate, complete, and maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements.
