• I observed two individuals, a man and a woman, entering the building. The man was carrying what appeared to be legal documents, and they proceeded to office number 5.
  

• Approximately fifteen minutes later, I heard raised voices coming from the office. Although I could not make out the words, the tone was clearly contentious.
  

• The woman exited the office visibly upset, speaking on her cell phone, possibly reporting the incident. The man followed shortly after, looking equally disturbed.
