I. Declaration

B. Governing Law
The governance and interpretation of this Codicil shall be carried out under the jurisdiction of, and in strict compliance with, the established laws that are currently in effect within the State of Alabama
C. Severability
Should any clause or provision within this Codicil be determined or ruled to be invalid, unenforceable, or unworkable by a court of competent jurisdiction or by any other legal authority, this specific provision will be considered as if it has been removed or "severed" from this Codicil. This does not impact the remainder of the Codicil in any way. The rest of the provisions, clauses, or points present within this Codicil remain valid, and strong, and will continue to be fully effective and enforceable by law.
D. Execution
I execute this Codicil on the 20th day of January 2050, at [Place of Execution], in the presence of the undersigned witnesses, who witnessed and signed this Codicil at my request and in my presence.
