Married Couple Will
I. Introduction
We, Oliver Thompson and Emily Thompson, residing at 1234 Maple Drive, Springfield, IL 62704, being of sound mind and disposing of memory, do hereby make, publish, and declare this to be our joint last will.
II. Appointment of Executors
We appoint Sophia Martinez as the Executor of this Will. If Sophia Martinez is unable or unwilling to act, we appoint James Anderson as the alternate Executor.
III. Distribution of Assets
3.1 Upon the death of either of us, the survivor shall inherit all jointly owned property and assets.
3.2 In the event of the simultaneous death of both of us or the death of the survivor within 30 days of the first passing, we direct the distribution of our assets as follows:

All personal and household belongings to Ava Johnson.

Cash and bank accounts are to be equally divided among our children: Liam Thompson, and Olivia Thompson.

Real estate property located at 5678 Oak Lane, Springfield, IL 62704 to be inherited by Liam Thompson.
IV. Guardianship
In the event of our simultaneous death, we appoint Rachel Grimm as the legal guardian of our minor child(ren), Liam Thompson and Olivia Thompson, until they reach the age of majority.
V. Powers of Executor
We grant our Executor full power and authority to sell, mortgage, lease, or otherwise deal with any property forming part of our estate, at their discretion.
VI. Revocation of Prior Wills
We hereby revoke all previous Wills and codicils made by us and declare this to be our last will.
VII. Signatures
This Will shall be signed by us on August 28, 2050, before two witnesses, as a joint last will reflecting our mutual wishes and desires.

On this August 28, 2050, before me, William Clark, a notary public in and for the said state, personally appeared Oliver Thompson and Emily Thompson, known to me to be the persons described in and who executed the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged that they executed the same as their free act and deed for the purposes therein contained.
