I. Declaration
I, [Your Name], residing at [Your Address], being of sound mind and memory and not acting under duress, menace, fraud, or undue influence, do hereby declare this document as my last will and do revoke any and all wills and codicils previously made by me.
II. Executor
I hereby designate [Executor's Name] to fulfill the role of Executor in relation to this Will that I have laid out. C. Severability
If any provision of this Will is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired.
