Michigan Will

I. Declaration

This Last Will and Testament is made by me, [YOUR NAME], currently residing at [YOUR ADDRESS], in the City of [YOUR CITY], State of Michigan, with the intention of outlining the distribution of assets, appointment of guardianship, executors, and beneficiaries, in accordance with Michigan state laws. I hereby revoke all wills and codicils previously made by me.

II. Executor

V. Miscellaneous Provisions

A. Debts and Taxes

The individual whom I appoint as my executor is obliged by the terms of my will to utilize the remaining sum, or residue, of my estate to settle all balances of my fair and legitimate debts, to cover all of the costs associated with my funeral and burial, and to pay off all of the taxes imposed on my estate by law. They are to perform these tasks prior to the act of distributing the remainder of my estate according to the specific arrangements laid out in my will.

B. Contingency Plan

Should it happen that any individual named as a beneficiary should pass away before I do, the portion of my estate that would have been allocated to him or her based on my will, will be redistributed evenly among the beneficiaries who are still alive.

C. Revocation

I hereby revoke all prior wills and codicils and declare them to be null and void.

D. Governing Law

This Will shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Michigan.
