Missouri Will

I. Declaration

I, [YOUR NAME], herein referred to as the "Testator," declare that this Last Will and Testament express my wishes without any duress or undue influence. I am of legal age and possess the mental capacity to make this Will. I hereby revoke all previously made Wills and codicils.

II. Appointment of Executor

I declare that if any beneficiary under this Will shall contest any provision of this Will or shall institute or join in (actively or passively) any legal proceedings to set aside or interfere with the provisions of this Will, then any share or interest in my estate given to that contesting beneficiary under this Will shall be revoked and shall be disposed of as if that contesting beneficiary had predeceased me.

B. Governing Law

This Will shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri.
