Travel Agency Long-Term Agreement

Parties
This Long-Term Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between:

The Client/Partner wishes to engage the Travel Agency to provide travel-related services, and the Travel Agency is willing to provide such services to the Client/Partner, all subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
1. Scope of Services
The Travel Agency agrees to provide the following travel-related services to the Client/Partner:
Booking of transportation, including flights, trains, buses, and other modes of transport.
Arranging accommodations, such as hotels, resorts, and vacation rentals.
Organizing tours, activities, and excursions.
Providing travel insurance, visa assistance, and other ancillary services as mutually agreed upon by the parties.
2. Term of Agreement
This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall remain in effect for a period of [Duration], unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. 3. Responsibilities of the Travel Agency

Cooperate with the Travel Agency in the planning and execution of travel arrangements.
Adhere to the payment terms and conditions specified in this Agreement.
5. Pricing and Payment Terms
The pricing for the travel services provided under this Agreement shall be as mutually agreed upon by the parties in writing. Invoices shall be issued by the Travel Agency to the Client/Partner in accordance with the agreed-upon payment schedule, and payment shall be made within [00] days from the date of invoice.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed by the other party in connection with this Agreement. Such information shall not be disclosed to any third party without the prior written consent of the disclosing party.
