AND WHEREAS, the Travel Agency wishes to accept such appointment subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement;
1. Appointment
The Service Provider hereby appoints the Travel Agency as its non-exclusive agent to market and sell air travel services provided by the Service Provider to consumers. The Travel Agency accepts this appointment and agrees to diligently perform the services prescribed in this Agreement.
2. Scope of Authorization
