Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our travel agency team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent time management abilities, and a passion for travel.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to travel consultants and management team, including answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence.

Assist with travel bookings, including flights, hotels, tours, and transportation arrangements.

Prepare and process travel documents, itineraries, and invoices accurately and efficiently.

Maintain client files and records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and organized.

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff as needed.

Assist with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and organizing files.

Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.

Qualifications:
