Travel Agency Extension Agreement
This Travel Agency Extension Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Extension Agreement") is made and entered into as of [Start Date], by and between [Your Company Name], a [State] Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Agency") and [Counterparty’s Name], a [State] Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Client").
Recitals
WHEREAS, the Agency and the Client have previously entered into a Travel Services Agreement dated [Original Agreement Date] (hereinafter referred to as the "Original Agreement"), under which the Agency has provided travel-related services to the Client;
AND WHEREAS, the parties wish to extend the term of the Original Agreement under the terms set forth herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree to extend the Original Agreement as follows:
1. Extension of Term
The term of the Original Agreement, which was set to expire on [Original Expiry Date], shall be extended for an additional period of [Extension Period], commencing on [Extension Start Date] and expiring on [Extension Expiry Date], unless further extended or earlier terminated in accordance with the terms of this Extension Agreement.
2. Modification of Terms
Except as expressly modified by this Extension Agreement, all terms and conditions of the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. The following amendments are hereby made to the Original Agreement:
The scope of services provided by the Agency shall be expanded to include additional travel management services such as real-time travel updates and customized travel analytics.

3. Continuation of Performance
Both parties agree that all terms and conditions from the Original Agreement not amended or altered by this Extension Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. 4. Entire Agreement
This Extension Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written, between the parties.
5. Binding Effect
This Extension Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
