Travel Agency Entrustment Agreement

1. Scope of Agreement

2. Obligations of The Agency
2.1. Marketing and Promotion: The Agency shall actively market and promote the Services to potential customers using reasonable efforts and industry best practices.
2.2. Booking and Reservations: The Agency shall handle all bookings, reservations, and customer inquiries related to the Services promptly and efficiently.
2.3. Compliance: The Agency shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in the promotion and sale of the Services.
3. Obligations of the Provider
3.1. Commission: The Provider shall pay the Agency commissions for sales of the Services in accordance with the commission structure set forth in Exhibit B.
3.2. Support: The Provider shall provide the Agency with the necessary support, training, and marketing materials to facilitate the sale of the Services.
4. Exclusivity
The Provider may grant exclusivity to the Agency for the sale of the Services within a specified territory as outlined in Exhibit C, subject to the Agency meeting certain sales targets and performance criteria.
5. Term and Termination
This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall remain in effect for a period of [Duration] unless terminated earlier by either party upon [Notice Period] written notice. Upon termination, the Agency shall cease all promotion and sale of the Services.
