Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and dedicated Salon Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day administrative functions of our salon. Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Assistance: Support the Manager with basic bookkeeping tasks such as handling cash transactions, preparing bank deposits, and generating billing statements for salon services.

  • Marketing Support: Assist in the implementation of marketing and advertising campaigns. Prepare promotional materials and coordinate mailings or distribution. Update social media platforms with salon news and promotions.

  • Facility Management: Ensure the salon environment is clean, organized, and adheres to health and safety regulations. Coordinate maintenance issues and schedule repairs as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably within a salon, spa, or similar customer service-oriented environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and staff.

  • High proficiency in using computers, including salon management software, MS Office, and social media platforms.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Educational Requirements
