Dog Grooming Waiver

I. Introduction

V. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

The Client agrees to notify the Groomer at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee as detailed by the Groomer’s standard policy.

VI. Special Instructions and Liability Waiver

The Client can provide specific care instructions for their pet(s).
The Groomer will make reasonable efforts to follow these instructions.
If the pet's behavior poses a safety threat, instructions may be adjusted accordingly.
By signing the Agreement, the Client releases [YOUR COMPANY NAME] and its staff from liability for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from reasonable care practices, except in cases of negligence or willful misconduct by the Groomer.
