Bounce House Waiver

I. Agreement Overview

This Bounce House Rental Waiver Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between [RENTAL COMPANY NAME], located at [COMPANY ADDRESS], and the undersigned participant, hereinafter referred to as the "Participant," on this [DATE].

II. Acknowledgment of Risks

By signing this Agreement, the Participant acknowledges and understands the following:

The inherent risks associated with using bounce house equipment, including but not limited to falls, collisions, and other accidents.
The necessity of following all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the rental company.
The importance of proper supervision, particularly for children, during the use of bounce house equipment.

III. Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to use the bounce house equipment provided by [RENTAL COMPANY NAME], the Participant hereby releases and forever discharges [RENTAL COMPANY NAME], its agents, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of the equipment, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss.

IV. Indemnification

The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless [RENTAL COMPANY NAME] from any and all claims or actions brought against it by third parties arising from the Participant's use of the bounce house equipment.

V. Voluntary Participation

The Participant acknowledges that participation in bounce house activities is voluntary and that they have not been coerced or unduly influenced to sign this Agreement.
