Employee Settlement Agreement
I. Parties Involved
This Settlement Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between [EMPLOYEE NAME], residing at [EMPLOYEE ADDRESS] ("Employee") and [YOUR COMPANY NAME], a corporation organized and existing under the laws of [STATE OR COUNTRY], with its principal office located at [YOUR COMPANY ADDRESS] ("Employer").
II. Recitals
A. The Employee has been employed by the Employer since [EMPLOYEE START DATE] and holds the position of [EMPLOYEE JOB TITLE].
B. Disputes have arisen between the Employee and the Employer regarding certain employment matters.
C. The parties desire to settle all issues, disputes, and claims relating to the Employee’s employment and its termination completely and finally.
III. Terms of Settlement
A. Payments and Compensation
The Employer agrees to pay the Employee a total settlement amount of [SETTLEMENT AMOUNT], payable in [NUMBER OF INSTALLMENTS] installments.

B. Release of Claims

IV. General Provisions
A. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings of any kind.
B. Amendment
This Agreement may only be amended in writing signed by both parties.
C. Governing Law
