2. Membership Fees and Payment Schedule

4. Cancellation Policy

Members have the right to cancel their membership under the following terms:

A. Notice of Cancellation: To cancel the membership, the Client must provide written notice to the Salon at least thirty (30) days prior to the desired termination date.

B. Non-refundable Fees: Upon cancellation, the Client acknowledges that any membership fees paid prior to the notice of cancellation are non-refundable, underlining the commitment to the membership term agreed upon.

C. Right to Terminate for Changes: If the Salon materially alters any fundamental term of this Agreement, the Client retains the right to terminate the membership immediately within thirty (30) days of such change without incurring any penalties.

5. Member Conduct and Obligations

To maintain the quality and safety of the Salon environment, the following conduct and obligations are expected of all members:

A. Adherence to Salon Policies: Members must comply with all Salon policies and procedures, especially those pertaining to health and safety, while on Salon premises or during participation in Salon-sponsored events.

B. Respectful Interaction: Members are expected to treat staff, other members, and guests with respect and courtesy at all times, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

C. Maintenance of Cleanliness: Members should uphold cleanliness and order during their visits to the Salon, respecting the space and equipment provided.

Consequences of Non-Compliance: Failure to adhere to these conduct guidelines may result in disciplinary actions, including but not limited to temporary suspension or permanent termination of the membership. Such decisions will be communicated formally and will include details of the misconduct and the terms of suspension or termination.
