Salon Branding Agreement

This Salon Branding Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [Effective Date], by and between:

[Your Company Name], having its principal place of business at [Your Company Address] ("Salon"),

and

[Brand Supplier], having its principal place of business at [Supplier Address] ("Brand Supplier").

WHEREAS,

The Salon operates a reputable salon business providing beauty and grooming services to its clientele; and

The Brand Supplier specializes in the manufacturing and distribution of high-quality beauty products; and

The Salon desires to exclusively use and promote the products supplied by the Brand Supplier within its establishment, and the Brand Supplier is willing to supply said products to the Salon on the terms and conditions set forth herein.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and mutual covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

1. Exclusive Use of Products:

The Salon agrees to exclusively use and promote the products supplied by the Brand Supplier within its establishment during the term of this Agreement.

2. Terms of Promotion:

The Salon shall promote the Brand Supplier's products through in-salon displays, social media posts, and other marketing channels as agreed upon by both parties.

3. Product Pricing and Payment Terms:

The pricing structure for the products supplied by the Brand Supplier and the payment terms shall be as set forth in the attached Exhibit A, which may be updated by the Brand Supplier with reasonable notice to the Salon.

4. Marketing Support:

The Brand Supplier shall provide marketing support to the Salon in the form of signage, advertising materials, and digital assets to promote its products effectively.

5. Training and Education:

The Brand Supplier shall offer training sessions and educational materials to the Salon staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about the products and equipped to provide expert advice to customers.

6. Term and Termination:

This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue for a period of [Term Length] unless terminated earlier as provided herein. Either party may terminate this Agreement upon [Termination Notice Period] written notice to the other party for material breach or non-performance.

7. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure:

During the term of this Agreement and thereafter, both parties shall maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared between them and shall not disclose such information to third parties without the other party's prior written consent.

8. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute amicably, they agree to submit the matter to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
