Job Overview
As the Interior Design Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our interior design projects from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management

Project Management

Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, and ensure adherence to project milestones and deadlines.

Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to procure materials and furnishings within budgetary constraints and quality standards.
Design Strategy and Innovation

Develop innovative design concepts that reflect current trends, industry best practices, and the unique preferences of our clients.

Stay abreast of emerging technologies, materials, and design techniques to continuously enhance our design capabilities and offerings.

Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding interior design projects, maintaining open communication and addressing any concerns or feedback in a timely manner.

Conduct client presentations and design workshops to articulate design concepts, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with client expectations.

Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for new business development through exceptional design delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong knowledge of architectural and interior design principles, building codes, and construction methodologies.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering high-quality design solutions within budget and timeline constraints.

LEED accreditation and NCIDQ certification preferred.
