Interior Design Supply Agreement

1. Scope of Agreement

2. Delivery and Acceptance

The Supplier agrees to deliver the Supplies to the Interior Design Company's designated location as specified by the Interior Design Company. The Interior Design Company shall inspect the Supplies within [Number] days of delivery. If the Supplies are damaged or otherwise unsatisfactory, the Interior Design Company shall promptly notify the Supplier, and the Supplier shall replace the damaged or unsatisfactory Supplies at no additional cost.
