Interior Design Employment Agreement

Parties

This Interior Design Employment Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between [Your Company Name], a corporation duly organized and existing under the laws of [State/Country], with its principal office located at [Your Company Address] ("Company"), and [Employee Full Name], residing at [Employee Address] ("Employee").

Recitals

WHEREAS, the Company is engaged in the business of providing interior design services; and

WHEREAS, the Company wishes to employ the Employee and the Employee wishes to accept such employment under the terms and conditions set forth herein.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises herein contained, the parties agree as follows:

1. Terms of Employment

1.1 Position and Duties: The Company hereby agrees to employ the Employee as an Interior Designer. The Employee shall commence employment on [Start Date] and shall continue until terminated as provided herein. The Employee’s primary duties will include creating interior design plans, consulting with clients, and managing design projects from conception to completion. 2. Compensation

2.1 Salary: The Employee shall be compensated at a rate of [$X per annum], payable in bi-weekly installments. The total annual salary shall be divided into 26 equal payments and paid on a bi-weekly basis.

3. Confidentiality

3.1 Non-Disclosure: The Employee agrees that during the term of employment and thereafter, confidential information received through the Company shall not be disclosed to any third party. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, business plans, client lists, design concepts, and pricing strategies.

3.2 Exceptions: The obligations of confidentiality shall not apply to information that is publicly available or becomes known to the Employee through lawful means other than by breach of this Agreement.

3.3 Non-Solicitation: During the term of employment and for a period of [Years] after termination, the Employee shall not directly or indirectly solicit or attempt to solicit any client or customer of the Company for the purpose of providing services that are competitive with those offered by the Company.

4. Non-Compete Clause

4.1 Restriction: For a period of [X years] after the termination of this Agreement, the Employee shall not directly or indirectly engage in any business that competes with the business of the Company within [Specified Geographical Area].
