I. Introduction

IV. Terms of Conservation Easement

  • Mining

B. Enforcement and Monitoring

V. Duration and Termination

A. Duration

  • The conservation easement shall be perpetual and binding upon the Grantor and all subsequent owners of the Property.

B. Termination

  • The conservation easement may only be terminated by mutual agreement of the Grantor and the Grantee, subject to approval by any relevant regulatory authorities.
