Deed Of Variation

I. Parties

This Deed of Variation ("Deed") is made on the [Date], between:

and

II. Background

Whereas, the Parties desire to modify and amend certain provisions of the Agreement under the terms set forth herein.

III. Variation

Now, therefore, in consideration of the mutual promises and agreements contained herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Parties hereby agree as follows:

3.1 Amendment of Agreement:

The Agreement shall be hereby amended as follows:

Section 3.1 (Payment Terms) shall be amended to extend the payment period from 30 days to 45 days.
Section 5.2 (Confidentiality) shall be amended to include additional provisions regarding data protection regulations.
