I. Recitals

The Grantee shall use the Easement solely for the purpose specified herein and shall not obstruct or interfere with the Grantor's use and enjoyment of the Property.

3.3 Indemnification
The Grantee shall indemnify and hold harmless the Grantor from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to the Grantee's use of the Easement.

IV. General Provisions
