Deed of Accession

This Deed of Accession ("Deed") is made and entered into on the 20th day of January 2050, between [Your Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Existing Party," and [New Party Name], hereinafter referred to as the "New Party."

I. Recitals

Rights and Obligations: The New Party shall have all the rights and obligations as outlined in the existing agreement to which they are now a party, and shall be bound by all the terms and conditions thereof.
Representation and Warranties: The New Party represents and warrants that it has full legal authority to enter into this Deed and to be bound by the terms of the existing agreement.
Indemnification: The New Party shall indemnify and hold harmless the Existing Parties from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the accession of the New Party to the existing agreement.

IV. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation before resorting to litigation.

V. Governing Law

This Deed shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the state in which the property is located, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
