I. Recitals

B. Entire Agreement

C. Amendments

No change or alteration to this Deed will be considered legally binding unless such change or alteration is documented in written form and has been properly executed by all parties involved in this agreement.

V. Execution and Delivery

The Grantor warrants that they are lawfully seized and possessed of the Property and have good right and authority to convey the same. This Deed is executed and delivered under seal on the date first above written.
