And the Grantor does hereby bind themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns to warrant and forever defend the title to the said premises unto the Grantee, their heirs, and assigns, against every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof, except as to any encumbrances or defects of title created by or through the acts or omissions of the Grantor.
