Vermont Quitclaim Deed

I. Recitals

III. Consideration

The consideration for this conveyance is the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000), paid by Grantee to Grantor, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged.

IV. Execution

Grantor warrants that Grantor is lawfully seized in fee simple of the Property; that the Property is free from all encumbrances; that Grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell and convey the same; and that Grantor will warrant and defend the title to the Property against all claims whatsoever.
