Utah Quitclaim Deed

This Quitclaim Deed is made on this [Date], by and between:

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows:

Grantor's Interest: The Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000), hereby remises, releases, and quitclaims unto the Grantee all the right, title, interest, claim, and demand which the Grantor has in and to the above-described property.
No Warranties: The Grantor makes no warranties, express or implied, concerning the above-described property, including but not limited to any warranties of title, possession, or encumbrances. This Quitclaim Deed is made without any representation as to the Grantor's ownership interest or the status of title.
Further Assurances: The Grantor agrees to execute and deliver any additional documents and take any further actions reasonably necessary to perfect the transfer of the property described herein to the Grantee.
Governing Law: This Quitclaim Deed shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the State of Utah.
