I. Introduction and Parties

Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, business processes, recipes, customer lists, and marketing strategies.
VI. Non-Compete Clause
During the term of this Contract, and for a period of [0] months after termination, the Employee agrees not to engage in employment or business activities that directly compete with the Restaurant within a [0]-mile radius from the Restaurant's location.
VII. Non-Solicitation
