Restaurant Working Contract
I. Introduction and Parties
This Restaurant Working Contract (hereinafter referred to as "Contract") is made and entered into on [Month Day, Year] by and between:

III. Employment Terms

V. Confidentiality
The Employee agrees not to disclose any confidential information obtained during the course of their employment to any third party without the prior written consent of the Employer. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, business processes, recipes, customer lists, and marketing strategies.
VI. Non-Compete Clause
During the term of this Contract, and for a period of [0] months after termination, the Employee agrees not to engage in employment or business activities that directly compete with the Restaurant within a [0]-mile radius from the Restaurant's location.
VII. Non-Solicitation
