1. Definition of Confidential Information

The purpose of disclosing Confidential Information under this Agreement is to explore potential business collaborations, partnerships, or investment opportunities between the parties involved.
3. Obligations of the Receiving Party
The Receiving Party hereby agrees to:
Maintain the confidentiality of the Confidential Information using the same degree of care as it uses to protect its own confidential information, but in no event less than a reasonable standard of care.

4. Exceptions to Confidential Information

5. Term and Termination

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
