Restaurant Non Compete Agreement
This Non-Compete Agreement ("Agreement") is made effective as of [Month Day, Year], by and between [Your Company Name] ("Company"), located at [Your Company Address], and [Employee Name] ("Employee").
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to protect the legitimate business interests of the Company by preventing unfair competition by the Employee during and after their employment with the Company.

6. Reasonableness of Restrictions
The Employee acknowledges that the restrictions contained in this Agreement are reasonable and necessary to protect the legitimate business interests of the Company. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
7. Governing Law
