Restaurant Membership Agreement

This Restaurant Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on [Date], by and between:

1. Membership Details

1.3 Membership Fees: There are no membership fees associated with this membership.

2. Rights and Obligations

2.1 Rights of the Restaurant: The Restaurant reserves the right to modify or terminate the membership benefits at any time without prior notice.

2.2 Rights of the Member: The Member has the right to enjoy the benefits of the membership in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

2.3 Obligations of the Restaurant: The Restaurant shall provide the agreed-upon membership benefits to the Member during the term of this Agreement.

3. Membership Policies

3.1 Reservation Policies: Members must call at least 24 hours in advance to make reservations and provide their membership number.

3.2 Usage Policies: Membership benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the Member unless otherwise specified by the Restaurant.

3.3 Code of Conduct: Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner while on the premises of the Restaurant.

4. Liability and Indemnification

4.1 Limitation of Liability: The Restaurant shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising out of or related to the membership benefits provided under this Agreement.

4.2 Indemnification: The Member agrees to indemnify and hold the Restaurant harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the Member's use of the membership benefits.

5. Termination

5.1 Conditions for Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches any material provision of this Agreement and fails to remedy such breach within fifteen (15) days.

5.2 Procedures for Termination: Termination shall be effective upon receipt of written notice by the other party.

6. Miscellaneous Provisions

6.1 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

6.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
