This Restaurant Service Contract ("Contract") is entered into as of [Month Day, Year] by and between [Your Company Name], having its principal place of business at [Your Company Address] ("Restaurant"), and [Your Partner Company Name / Second Party], having its principal place of business at [Your Partner Company Name / Second Party Address] ("Service Provider"). The Restaurant and the Service Provider may be referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."

1. Services

The Service Provider agrees to perform the following services for the Restaurant:

a. Food Preparation and Catering

  • Prepare and cook a selection of dishes as agreed upon in the event menu. This includes appetizers, main courses, side dishes, desserts, and beverages.

  • Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations and follows industry standards for quality and hygiene.

b. Event Setup and Presentation

  • Arrange and set up dining areas, including table settings, decorations, and any required equipment such as chafing dishes, serving utensils, and heating equipment.

  • Ensure the presentation of food is aesthetically pleasing and in line with the event’s theme or client’s preferences.

c. Service Staff

  • Provide professional service staff for the duration of the event, including waitstaff, bartenders, and chefs as needed.

  • Ensure staff is appropriately attired and trained to deliver exceptional customer service.

d. Event Coordination

  • Coordinate with other vendors involved in the event, such as florists, entertainers, and rental companies, to ensure seamless execution.

  • Manage the timeline of the event to ensure that meals are served promptly and other service elements proceed according to schedule.

e. Cleanup and Breakdown

  • Handle all aspects of cleanup after the event, including removing trash, packing leftover food as per client’s instructions, and breaking down equipment and decorations.

  • Ensure the venue is left in a clean and orderly condition as found.

f. Customized Services

  • Provide any additional customized services as specified by the Client, which may include special dietary accommodations, live cooking stations, or themed food presentations.

2. Term

8. Termination
