1. Objectives and Scope

1.1 Purpose:

The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms and conditions under which the Fundraiser will assist the Restaurant in raising funds.

1.2 Fundraising Goal:

1.3 Use of Funds:

The funds raised will be used for the following purposes:

1.4 Fundraising Activities

2. Responsibilities of the Parties

2.1 Responsibilities of the Restaurant:

  • Provide the Fundraiser with all necessary information and materials related to the fundraising activities.

  • Promote the fundraising activities through its marketing channels, including social media, website, and in-store promotions.

  • Ensure that all funds raised are used for the specified purposes.

2.2 Responsibilities of the Fundraiser:

  • Plan, organize, and execute the fundraising activities as outlined in Section 1.4.

  • Maintain accurate records of all funds raised and expenses incurred.

  • Provide regular updates to the Restaurant on the progress of the fundraising efforts.

  • Ensure that all fundraising activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Financial Arrangements

3.1 Contributions:

All contributions collected during the fundraising activities shall be handled as follows:

  • Contributions shall be collected by online payment; accepting cash, checks, and credit card payments or mobile payment apps .

3.2 Expenses:

6. Indemnification

The Restaurant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Fundraiser from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the fundraising activities, except to the extent caused by the Fundraiser's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Miscellaneous
