This Restaurant Fundraising Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of [Date], by and between:

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and promises herein contained, the parties hereto agree as follows:

1. Objectives and Scope

1.1 Purpose:

The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms and conditions under which the Fundraiser will assist the Restaurant in raising funds.

1.2 Fundraising Goal:

The target amount to be raised through the fundraising efforts is $[Target Amount].

1.3 Use of Funds:

The funds raised will be used for the following purposes:

  • Renovation of the dining area: Enhancing the ambiance and comfort for our customers.

1.4 Fundraising Activities

The Fundraiser agrees to organize and conduct the following activities to achieve the fundraising goal:

  • Online Crowdfunding Campaign: Utilizing social media and crowdfunding platforms to reach a wider audience and collect donations.

2. Responsibilities of the Parties

2.1 Responsibilities of the Restaurant:

  • Provide the Fundraiser with all necessary information and materials related to the fundraising activities.

  • Promote the fundraising activities through its marketing channels, including social media, website, and in-store promotions.

  • Ensure that all funds raised are used for the specified purposes.

2.2 Responsibilities of the Fundraiser:

  • Plan, organize, and execute the fundraising activities as outlined in Section 1.4.

  • Maintain accurate records of all funds raised and expenses incurred.

  • Provide regular updates to the Restaurant on the progress of the fundraising efforts.

  • Ensure that all fundraising activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Financial Arrangements

3.1 Contributions:

All contributions collected during the fundraising activities shall be handled as follows:

  • Contributions shall be collected by online payment; accepting cash, checks, and credit card payments or mobile payment apps .

  • Contributions shall be deposited into [Designated Account] within 30 days of collection.

3.2 Expenses:

The following expenses incurred by the Fundraiser shall be reimbursed by the Restaurant:

4. Duration and Termination

6. Indemnification

The Restaurant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Fundraiser from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the fundraising activities, except to the extent caused by the Fundraiser's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Miscellaneous

7.1 Governing Law:
