Restaurant Housekeeping Agreement

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

1. Services

1.1 The Housekeeping Company agrees to provide cleaning services to the Restaurant, including but not limited to:

  • Cleaning and sanitizing dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors.

  • Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen areas, including countertops, appliances, and floors.

  • Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and floors.

  • Emptying trash and recycling bins.

  • Replenishing supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper.

  • Other cleaning services as mutually agreed upon.

1.2 The Housekeeping Company shall provide all necessary equipment, tools, and supplies to perform the services unless otherwise agreed upon.

2. Schedule

2.2 Any changes to the schedule must be agreed upon by both parties in writing.

3. Payment

  • Any negligence or willful misconduct by the Housekeeping Company or its employees.

6.2 The Restaurant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Housekeeping Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with:

  • Any breach of this Agreement by the Restaurant.

  • Any negligence or willful misconduct by the Restaurant or its employees.

7. Governing Law

7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Entire Agreement
