II. Term:

III. Rent:

VII. Insurance:
The Tenant shall maintain comprehensive general liability insurance covering the Premises and shall provide proof of such insurance to [Your Company Name] upon request. The insurance policy shall name [Your Company Name] as an additional insured party and provide coverage for property damage, bodily injury, and other liabilities.
VIII. Indemnification:

This includes but is not limited to claims related to personal injury, property damage, or violations of health and safety regulations.
IX. Assignment and Subletting:
